You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of the Anthem program by delivering high-quality software solutions that align with our strategic objectives, ultimately contributing to improved customer satisfaction and operational performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions for the Anthem program, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software specifications and enhance system performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Qualifications

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • 5 plus years of experience in software development and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C ++ or Python, with experience in software development tools and version control systems.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
