We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advisor Consultant to join our team at Swan Global Investments. As an Advisor Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through developing and maintaining relationships with financial advisors and other investment professionals. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Excelling in this role will also provide you with the opportunity for increased responsibility and higher compensation through promotion and assignment of your own territory.Responsibilities· Proactively contact financial advisors and investment professionals to introduce Swan’s hedged equity investment solutions and services· Provide investment solutions information and education to financial advisors and investment professionals through phone, video, and email communication· Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Swan’s hedged equity investment solutions· Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and investment professionals to drive sales growth and customer loyalty· Work collaboratively with other departments, including marketing, operations, and portfolio management, to ensure a seamless customer experience· Meet or exceed activity and sales targets and performance metrics consistently· Intimately understand and be capable of articulating ALL of the Swan investment solutions and how we help advisors build their business and retain their clients’ assets· Know each Swan product’s availability across custodian and broker-dealer platforms and where to find this information· Understand when to utilize Swan Portfolio Managers to strengthen an advisor client’s understanding of Swan’s DRS products and solutions· Diligently and without exception use Hubspot to manage and track customer interactions and sales activity Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field · 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the money management industry· Strong knowledge of investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Self-motivated and able to work independently· Familiarity with investment products and the financial services industry· Proficiency with Hubspot CRM or similar customer relationship management system· Client relationship training and techniques· Webinar technology experience· FINRA Registrations (7, 63 and 65, or 66)· Displays passion and optimism, inspires respect and trust, mobilizes others to fulfill the vision, and provides vision and inspiration to peers· Treats people with respect, keeps commitments, inspires the trust of others, works with integrity and ethically, and upholds organizational values Compensation and Benefits · Total Compensation - $90,000 to $120,000 (based on experience)· Eligible for commissions and bonuses· Paid vacation and holidays· Health, dental, and vision insurance partially paid by employer· Access to HSA and FSA· Company 401K match· Cell phone ContactIf you are passionate about sales and building relationships in the financial services industry, we would love to hear from you and invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Ryan Williams(904)
