Job Title - AEM DeveloperLocation : Sunrise, FL OnsiteFull Time Experience Range - 8+ yearsTechnical/Functional Skills• Build strategies to convert marketer experience / workflow to Adobe WorkFont/Fusion.• Manage and host channel experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM )• Leverage other core capabilities of Adobe Experience Cloud• Collaborate with UX designers and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirements• Customize and extend AEM functionality.• Integrate AEM with various third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methods• Configure AEM settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practices• Assist in content migration and authoring, ensuring seamless transition and adherence to content guidelines and best practices• Optimize AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutions• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholders• Document technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing• Conduct code reviews and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure code meets established standards and project requirementsRoles & Responsibility : Build strategies to convert home grown marketer experience / workflow to Adobe WorkFont/Fusion as well able to manage and host channel experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM ) while leveraging other core capabilities of Adobe Experience Cloud.Looking for someone who has Adobe certifications and has strong leadership skill to help setup a team in the long run and rally them along .Strong leadership skill to help setup a team in the long run and rally them along.Strong Communication skills
