Job Summary:

Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for candidate with experience between 12-15 years for AEM Program Manager role. This position is onsite in Plainsboro Township, NJ.

Duration: Full Time only - \\\"Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.).

This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[120,000.00 140,000.00] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Job Description and Qualifications include:

The Technical Program Manager oversees the production and execution of all Marketing Services for which the client is contracted and drives the clients' successful execution of the services in conjunction with the overall strategy. You will provide leadership across the contracted services and is responsible for team performance and business process efficiencies as well as managing the client relationship day to day.

The Work:

• Will lead the client and delivery for a Digital Web Marketing Operations contract.
• Accountable for enabling delivery execution excellence for the Digital Marketing Operation, and partnering with our clients to shape and enable a joint strategic and innovation vision.
• Brings together the right Cognizant team to drive profitable sales growth, deliver against operational metrics, ensure profitable delivery and influence the client's strategy through industry knowledge, innovation and thought leadership.
• Will coordinate with the team and SMEs to support operations migration to AEM, Workfront / ADO / SynOps and other process and operational evolutions.
• Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all contracted services and meeting all service level agreements.
• Participates in operational planning meetings with the client and provides guidance on operationalizing website site teams.
• Manages client expectations in terms of support and delivery.
• Participates in client stakeholder meetings including operations, design execution, and demand management/forecasting.
• Provide inputs to financial and commercial management; supports sales opportunities as needed.
• Exemplifies Cognizant's core values through client engagement and internal leadership within the project team and the practice.
• Evaluates and streamlines business processes and incorporates automation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the team and with the client.
• Drives operational reporting and KPIs as it relates to the Digital Design practice and collaborates with other Program Leads to share best practices and efficiencies.

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing delivery roles within Creative Marketing, Website Content Strategy, Marketing Service Provider, Marketing Agency, and/or Marketing Operations
• Minimum 3 years of program and/or account management experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading diverse teams across multiple locations globally

• Establishes, executes and oversees program governance ie stakeholder management, communication ceremonies, benefits` management, change management, scope Management, TC.

• Execution Excellence.

• Establishes, executes, and oversees delivery estimation and planning team resources and timeline across Cognizant organization pursuit through sprints/PIs.

• Metrics and Reporting.

• Ensures tracking/measurement and progress against established measures and metrics eg bid vs did, SLA, and any other operational or contractual measures.

• Operational Excellence Provides insights on improvements while ensuring adherence to operational best practices.

• Drives optimal business value though scope management, change management, communication ceremonies, etc.

• Grow the Business.

• Supports pursuits and running them as a program as required.

• Collaborates with Commercial/Account Team to grow the business by identifying and defining business value opportunities for the client.

• Establishes and builds relationships with client and other stakeholders for the program.

• Leads and personally contributes to the continuous improvement of the program management guild and community best practices, networking, standards, training, tools, etc.

• Owns the activation or instantiation for the MSA and SOW by knowing and monitoring compliance and adherence to these terms and their intent.

Education
