Aircraft Sales Contract SpecialistDraft, negotiate, and monitor aircraft sales contract activities and change in forecasts, domestic and international. Responsible for contract processing procedures and activities, reviews contract requests and proposals, and serves in a liaison capacity across departments. Works closely with the customer, production control, and managers to ensure effective working relationships and resolution of contract issues.Roles and responsibilities include:Reviewing customer purchase orders to assess requirements and validate price and lead time.Processing and maintaining customer purchase orders (POs) utilizing our Syteline MRP system.Communicating via email and phone with all internal and external customers with utmost professionalism, dignity, and respect.Effectively communicating with all internal support functions.Effectively communicating any PO issues, or delays to customers, management, etc.Following daily/monthly sales expectations.Communicating with logistics on load and shipping support.Working with customer on past dues and under mins to avoid late hits.Working closely with production control on priorities (past dues, line stoppers, etc.)Communicating with purchasing for materials and hardware to ensure we can meet our deadlines.Assigning RMAs and returning parts to customers.Working RFQs from customer and providing to estimating.Providing correct documents to logistics (QA forms, source inspection, etc.)Attending department and company meetings.Performing all duties in accordance with Dynamic NC Quality Management System and Safety standards, using situation-appropriate tools and protective equipment as applicable.Performing other duties as assigned.
