This role is integral to ensuring project objectives are met in terms of quality, costs, and planning. You will work collaboratively with the project team during the industrialization phase to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with customer specifications. This position requires a strong background in aeronautics assemblies and proficiency in Lean manufacturing and flow analysis.Key responsibilities Develop and implement assembly processes for new projects, ensuring quality and cost objectives are metDesign and implement assembly areas, considering safety and ergonomic aspectsAnalyze manufacturing flow using Lean tools to support peak production ratesFollow up on the manufacturing of first parts and implement corrective actions as neededCompile the Technical Map before project closure to ensure a smooth transition to productionAbout youProven experience in aeronautics assemblies and manufacturing processes is a mustStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in Lean manufacturing and flow analysis techniquesFamiliarity with Enovia, CATIA V5, and 3D Composer is advantageousFluent in Dutch and/or French, with technical English proficiency Interested?
