Aerospace Operations Account ManagerLocation: Heathrow areaSalary: £40,000 – £45,000 + benefits + BonusesWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish timesSector: Aerospace & Time-Critical LogisticsThe OpportunityWe’re exclusively partnering with a well-established global logistics provider to recruit an Aerospace Operations Account Manager to support the continued growth of their Aerospace and Time-Critical division.This is a hands-on operational role, managing high-value, mission-critical Aerospace shipments where precision, speed, and compliance are non-negotiable. The business offers a Monday–Friday working week with flexible start and finish times, making this a rare opportunity to balance a demanding Aerospace role with genuine flexibility.You’ll take ownership of key Aerospace accounts, acting as the operational link between customers, airlines, suppliers, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end operational management of Aerospace, AOG, and time-critical shipmentsEnsure strict compliance with SOPs, customer requirements, customs regulations, and IATA standardsAct as the main operational point of contact for customers, overseas agents, airlines, and suppliersCoordinate air and road movements, ensuring optimal routing and service continuityProactively monitor live shipments, managing exceptions and resolving issues in real timeMaintain accurate job files, system updates, and operational documentationEffectively prioritise workload to meet service levels and critical deadlinesSupport out-of-hours requirements as part of a collaborative Aerospace teamWork closely with internal commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless deliveryWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience within Aerospace logistics, AOG, or time-critical supply chainsStrong operational background within air freight (road essential; multimodal preferred)IATA Dangerous Goods trainedSolid understanding of Aerospace customs procedures and complianceCalm, decisive, and solutions-led under pressureConfident communicator with strong customer-facing experienceHighly organised with excellent attention to detailWhy Apply?£40,000 – £45,000 salary depending on experienceMonday–Friday working week with flexible start and finish timesJoin a specialist, growing Aerospace & Time-Critical operationHigh-exposure role handling complex, high-value shipmentsLong-term career development within a respected global logistics provide
