About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects within affordable housing developments. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage electrical construction projects for affordable housing developments from start to finish. Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts. Oversee estimating, procurement, and project financial performance. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, design specifications, and safety standards. Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and resource allocation. Manage project documentation, change orders, and reporting requirements. Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth initiatives. Required Qualifications: Strong experience in electrical construction, contracting, or engineering. Proven background in project management, budgeting, and financial oversight. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proficiency with project management and construction software tools. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Required Experience: 5+ years of affordable housing project experience. 5+ years of electrical estimating experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multifamily residential or affordable housing developments. Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, and code compliance. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
