Position Overview
Liberation Academy is seeking compassionate and responsible individuals to join our Before and Aftercare program. This role provides essential care and support to students outside of regular school hours, offering a safe, engaging, and structured environment in the mornings and afternoons. This position includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Supervise and engage with students, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment
- Plan and implement activities that promote creativity, teamwork, and learning
- Provide light snacks and assist with any homework needs
- Monitor student attendance and report absences or issues as required
- Communicate with parents and guardians during pick-up and drop-off as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the program area
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to manage groups of students in a calm and organized manner
- Punctuality and reliability, with the ability to adhere to the set schedule
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Benefits
This role will pay between $15-$20 depending the shift and experience.
