The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking an After-School Teacher & Bus Driver for our NC 4-star school in Mint Hill. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you.
Pay rate of $15-$17 per hour, based on experience, education and credentials.

School-Age Teacher Responsibilities:
- Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.
- Transport children in a small bus to and from local elementary schools (and field trips during summer months).
Requirements
- Must be at least 21-years-old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- BSAC required for school age staff.
- Previous experience as a teacher at a licensed childcare center required.
- Must have clean driving record (no more than 2 violations in the last 5 years).
- Previous experience transporting children in a commercial vehicle preferred, but not required.
