After School Teacher & Bus Driver | Mint Hill | Part-Time
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking an After-School Teacher & Bus Driver for our NC 4-star school in Mint Hill. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you.

Pay rate of $15-$17 per hour, based on experience, education and credentials.

Bright Futures Start Here! The Sunshine House is much more than daycare for children 6 weeks to 12-years-old. We help children build a solid educational and social foundation -- with all the fun of childhood mixed in! School-Age Teacher Responsibilities:

• Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
• Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.
• Transport children in a small bus to and from local elementary schools (and field trips during summer months).

Requirements

• Must be at least 21-years-old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BSAC required for school age staff.
• Previous experience as a teacher at a licensed childcare center required.
• Must have clean driving record (no more than 2 violations in the last 5 years).
• Previous experience transporting children in a commercial vehicle preferred, but not required.
