The role involves soliciting and originating quality loans, deposits, and special products and services. Measurable Success Focused efforts to grow agricultural loan and deposit portfolios Customer satisfaction and retention Community engagement and visibility Compliance with regulatory standards Primary Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agricultural clients, serving as the primary point of contact for financial services and solutions. Solicit, evaluate, and originate agricultural loans in accordance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. Monitor loan performance and provide ongoing support to clients. Understand loan policy and procedures and recommend enhancements as needed. Maintain a lending portfolio, approving credit within approved lending authority and maintaining appropriate documentation. Analyze asset and repayment quality on existing loans and loan applications. Collect delinquent loans. Make regular customer contact, conduct field inspections, financial analysis, and risk assessments as needed. Recommend appropriate banking products and services based on customer needs and financial analysis. Stay abreast of current industry trends, new programs, and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer service. Contribute to the overall success of Bravera Holdings Corp by leveraging cross‑entity opportunities. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues. Promote the organization in the community through participation in civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations. Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, and proactively prevent illegal activities, report suspicious activity to the BSA Officer. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or an ag‑related field preferred, or equivalent education and a minimum of three years’ relevant experience in agricultural lending or banking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness. Familiarity with agricultural operations and seasonal financial cycles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Qualifications Loan volume of a minimum of $10MM. Proven history of developing new customer loan and deposit relationships. Proven history of providing successful referrals to other bank departments and subsidiary companies. Solid underwriting skills and credit presentation skills (verbal and written). Minimum of 50 customer relationships handled. Historical rolling average of past dues under 1.25%. Historical technical exception level under 25%. Historical charge‑offs under $250,000.
