Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a call center or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with empathy and patience.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the energy industry and sustainable energy solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Residence in or near the Cleveland, OH area.
