Requirements
- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a call center or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with empathy and patience.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
