Agile Coach - Product transformation Apply
We are looking for Product Transformation Manager / Agile Coach with optimal stakeholder skills to support a transformational objective. As an Agile Coach, you will be a driving force behind the transformation objective as well as the success of a key contributor to the agile COE to develop agile practices. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Agile Coaching Domain Expertise Product Management and Product Delivery Lifecycle Management Key Responsibilities 1. Support Product Management TransformationYou will contribute to the transformation of Product Management by supporting the alignment and adoption of consistent practices across the organization. This includes:Aligning and supporting consistent product roadmapsHelping develop clear external product narrativesContributing to pricing simplification and essentials bundle framingSupporting product lifecycle management agreementsStrengthening customer feedback loopsPromoting consistent product management practices across teams These initiatives require strong facilitation skills to support decision-making, solid change management expertise to ensure adoption of new practices, and excellent stakeholder management at all organizational levels. You will work closely with business owners to clarify objectives and support execution. 2. Support the Adoption of Agile Practices You will play a key role in strengthening agile maturity across tribes and planning units by: Assessing where teams are in their agile journey and challenging individuals and squads to stay aligned with agile principles and practicesProviding coaching interventions to support growth, quarterly planning, and making work visibleTraining others in agile practices and helping develop self-service materialsFacilitating stakeholder alignment and buy-in through effective communication and facilitationEstablishing clear coaching contracts, defining scope, outcomes, and expectationsYou will build or bring a strong understanding of: Core Agile ceremonies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) Lean management principles and systems thinking Process optimization, automation opportunities, and improved cross-team collaboration to maximize value deliveryYou will also support and pace change as teams adapt to new processes and strategies, while fostering psychological safety, trust, transparency, and collaboration. 3. Contribute to the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) and Community As a member of the Agile Center of Excellence and Agile Coaching Community, you will: Actively contribute to and evolve the Agile Coaches’ offeringsSupport incoming demand to the Agile CoE, helping enhance business agility Capture and share best practices, experiences, and learningsStrengthen self-service capabilities and agile knowledge throughout the organizationHelp build and nurture an Agile Community of Practice, promoting continuous learning and professional growth among peersSkillsAgile Coaching - 6 yearsExecutive level interaction and stakeholder management – min 3 years Product Management - 5 years
