Organizational Change Management and Lean Agile Coach We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills who has a solid track record of coaching Global IT programs in the adoption of agile and scaled agile values and practices to create autonomous, self-organizing, empowered, and continuously improving programs. They must have a passion for helping others, making a difference in the results of IT's most important initiatives, and can influence at all levels of management.
Skills Required:Experience using a combination of lean and agile practices to help Teams succeed and organizations evolve.Work directly with sponsors/business owners of the change; understand goals for the change and be able to translate them into impacts to the organization.Assess and manage risks based on adoption of change - Strong understanding of Change management and have participated in a large-scale agile transformation.Good working knowledge of the principles and practices involved in Continuous Delivery - Continuous Integration, QA Automation, Test Driven Development, Value Stream Mapping.Experience managing risk and issues across different work streams.Experience in interacting and communicating with Sr. Leadership, business, and technology stakeholders.
Experience Required:8+ years' experience working as an Agile Coach with agile software development Teams in a large corporate IT environment.2+ years of experience in OCM.5+ years of practical experience applying agile and lean values and practices on large IT programs to deliver results.5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Owner
Education Required:Degree required: Yes.
