AI & Data Science Architect Apply
The AI & Data Science Architect is responsible for developing, maintaining, and operationalizing data-driven insights, dashboards, and foundational AI models using available data across 1RE. The role transforms operational, NOCC, plant, financial, HR, and project-related data into meaningful analytics that support decision-making, operational efficiency, and business improvement.The position ensures that data is collected, processed, analyzed, and modeled effectively to generate actionable insights for plant operations, NOCC, asset management, reliability engineering, and corporate functions. As a single contributor, the specialist prioritizes and delivers only the most critical and high-value analytics and AI initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.This role enables data-driven operations, predictive insights, and AI readiness through practical analytics, foundational AI development, and strong collaboration with IT, OT, NOCC, Operations, and other business units.Responsibilities:DATA ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS DEVELOPMENTCreates dashboards, reports, and analyses for Operations, NOCC, Finance, HR, and corporate functions.Performs trend analysis, operational insights, and performance evaluations.Transforms raw datasets into actionable insights that guide decisions.FOUNDATIONAL AI / MACHINE LEARNING INITIATIVESDevelops practical AI/ML models such as forecasting, anomaly detection, reliability estimation, and optimization.Identifies high-impact AI opportunities from available data sources.Implements basic model training, validation, and continuous improvement.DATA PREPARATION & DATA QUALITYPerforms data cleaning, validation, and transformation for model and dashboard use.Coordinates with Infra and Solutions teams for data access and availability.Improves dataset usability and quality progressively.USE CASE DEVELOPMENT & PRIORITIZATIONEvaluates and prioritizes AI/analytics initiatives based on value, urgency, and feasibility.Collaborates with Operations, NOCC, Finance, HR, and Corporate units to identify critical analytics needs.Focuses on high-impact, quick-win models that support operational and strategic goals.BUSINESS SUPPORT & DECISION-ENABLEMENTProvides data-driven recommendations to improve operational and business performance.Supports operational efficiency, process improvement, and performance optimization through insights.Contributes analytics to management reporting, presentations, and strategic planning.DASHBOARDING & AUTOMATIONDevelops PowerBI dashboards and visualizations for operational and corporate KPIs.Creates automations or alerts using available tools and platforms.Supports digitalization initiatives that require analytics or data integration.DATA GOVERNANCE & SECURITY SUPPORTEnsures secure and compliant data handling aligned with IT/OT security policies.Documents data sources, models, assumptions, and insights.Minimum Qualifications:Must be a graduate of BSECE, BSCoE, BSIT, Data Science, IT, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related degree that may be relevant to the job3–5+ years in analytics, BI, or applied data scienceHands-on experience with dashboards and basic ML modelsExperience in Python, SQL, or BI tools (PowerBI preferred)Experience analyzing operational or industrial datasets is a plusDemonstrated ability to convert data into actionable recommendationsProfessional Certifications are an advantage.One (1) Vacancy available in Beckel, Makban or Pociano.
