ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and continuously optimize AI- and data-related systems, including automation workflows, intelligent analytics, and predictive modelsBuild and optimize machine learning or intelligent algorithm models based on business requirements to improve operational efficiency and decision-making accuracyCollaborate closely with business teams to understand real-world scenarios and translate AI technologies into deployable solutionsParticipate in data collection, cleaning, modeling, and model evaluation to ensure data quality and model stabilityMaintain and enhance existing AI models and related systems to improve performance and reliabilityStay up to date with AI technology trends and evaluate the feasibility of applying new technologies to business use cases RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field2+ years of experience in AI, data analysis, or software development (flexible for strong candidates)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive technical solutions to implementationGood communication skills, able to work effectively with non-technical stakeholdersStrong learning ability and sense of ownership, comfortable in a fast-changing business environment Technical SkillsProficient in Python, with solid coding standards and engineering practicesFamiliar with common machine learning / deep learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, NLP)Experience with at least one mainstream AI / ML framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learnStrong data processing and analysis skills; familiar with SQL or common databasesUnderstanding of API design and system integration; hands-on project experience is a plus Nice to HaveExperience with business process automation (RPA), intelligent customer service, or predictive analyticsProven experience applying AI solutions in real business scenarios with measurable resultsExperience with cloud platforms or AI service deployment
