This allows us to offer an international context, diverse challenges, and long-term career opportunities, while staying close to our teams.We would like to meet an AI Architect for a hybrid project based in Porto.ResponsibilitiesArchitect, build, and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines, delivering scalable, production-ready solutionsDevelop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models with strong performance and integrationImplement AIOps/MLOps practices, including CI/CD workflows, automated training pipelines, and lifecycle managementMonitor, benchmark, and continuously improve AI models for efficiency, accuracy, and real-time performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with business goalsContribute to defining and executing AI strategy, bridging business, technology, and executionRequirements7+ years of experience in software engineering, digital platforms, and large-scale technology deliveryProven experience defining and executing AI or technology strategies in complex environmentsStrong understanding of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AIHands-on experience with Large Language Models and their applied usage patternsExperience with MLOps, model monitoring, observability, and Agile methodologiesFamiliarity with public cloud platforms (especially AWS) and AI/ML services is a plusKnowledge of model comparison, security, privacy, and FinOps in AI contexts is a plusUnderstanding of model quality, output validation, and guardrails is a plusExperience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelinesStrong English communication skills (written and spoken)Are you looking for an environment that values curiosity and commitment?
