Hiring Position: AI Data Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Data Architect with deep expertise in Retail, Snowflake/Databricks, AI/LLM engineering, and modern data architecture. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently with business stakeholders, drive solution decisions, and lead end-to-end architecture initiatives.

Required Skills & Responsibilities:
10+ years of Retail domain experience with strong understanding of retail data, processes, and analytics.
Ability to interact with business stakeholders, capture requirements, and drive solution closures independently.
5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead, including mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
Strong experience with AI/LLM technologies, including prompt engineering and developing LLM-based agents.
5+ years experience with Snowflake or Databricks on cloud data platforms.
Expertise in Data Architecture & Governance, including data standards, security, compliance, and evaluating/improving enterprise data environments.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries for profiling, analytics, and AI-driven systems.
Hands-on expertise with Python-based Machine Learning and MLOps for CI/CD pipelines, model integration, and deployment on big data platforms.
Experience building application architectures using Python, Streamlit, and YAML, specifically for chatbot/AI-driven applications.
Strong leadership mindset with the ability to guide engineering teams, ensure architectural consistency, and deliver scalable solutions.
