AI & Data - Operations Lead (Cloud and On Prem)

Job Family Technology Consulting Travel Required Up to 10% Clearance Required Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: Guidehouse is seeking an Operations Lead to manage day-to-day operational support, monitoring, and sustainment activities for an enterprise data, analytics, and AI environment (hybrid - on-prem and cloud environment) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead daily operational activities including platform health, compliance monitoring, and data operations. Oversee AI/ML Ops, DevSecOps, and platform operations activities. Manage vulnerability scanning, patching, and platform compliance activities. Support operations and maintenance for analytics tools such as Alteryx. Provide enterprise-scale data management and operational support. Identify and implement automation and AI-driven efficiencies to improve performance and reliability. Coordinate closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure operational stability. Prior experience with security, compliance, vulnerability management and patching and platform upgrade activities (Alteryx, Business Objects etc.) What You Will Need: US Citizenship is required Bachelor’s degree is required Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in platform operations, data operations, or related roles. Strong experience supporting Snowflake and AWS environments. Experience with AI/ML Ops and data operations. PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification. Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the DC area. What Would Be Nice to Have: Prior experience supporting financial services or regulatory organizations. Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
