The candidate will apply sound mathematical and statistical methodologies to evaluate studies, identify meaningful patterns in therapy progression, and generate insights that inform product and clinical decision-making. Strong expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and study evaluation is essential.Working within the Technology and Innovation AI, the role requires close collaboration with engineers, AI researchers, medical experts, and product teams. While the focus is on applied analytics rather than deep learning or LLM training, the ideal candidate is AI-ready: stays current with advances in AI, actively integrates modern AI tools (e.g., coding agents and AI-assisted workflows) into the daily work, and continuously improves how analytics is conducted.The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, hands-on execution, a product mindset, and a strong commitment to ethical AI in a pediatric healthcare context.Responsibilities in briefDrive and further develop Korro’s data warehousing and business intelligence landscape, building robust and scalable pipelines that enable advanced analytics.Apply rigorous statistical methodologies to analyze clinical studies and real-world therapy data, identifying meaningful patterns that inform product development and clinical decision-making.Establish high standards for statistical analysis, study evaluation, and data quality within the organization.Integrate modern AI tools and automation techniques into analytics workflows to continuously improve efficiency and insight generation.Collaborate closely with engineers, AI researchers, medical experts, product teams, and external partners to translate data into reliable, interpretable outcomes aligned with Korro’s Technology strategy.Education / Certification RequirementsMaster’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field is required.A PhD or equivalent in a relevant quantitative discipline is beneficial, particularly with experience in applied statistical or AI-related research.Skills and Experience5–7 years of experience in data science, statistical modeling, and analytics in a production or applied research environment.Experience designing and maintaining data warehouse architectures and BI systems.Strong foundation in mathematics and applied statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and study evaluation.AI-ready mindset: stays current with developments in AI and actively integrates modern AI tools (e.g., coding agents, AI-assisted analytics workflows) into daily practice.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Fluency in English.
