AI-First Full-Stack Developer

We're looking for a AI-First Developer who uses Claude Code as their primary IDE. You build complete systems from schema to deploy, understand agentic loops from the inside, and write your own MCP servers. Responsibilities: Use Claude Code as your primary environment — agentic workflows, sub-agents, and multi-step orchestration are part of your daily routine Architect and ship end-to-end features from schema to production, owning the full slice Build and operate Go services on AWS and Cloudflare Containers Develop Vite + React frontends using react-strict-dom, Suspense, and server components Stand up edge APIs on Cloudflare Workers with the right storage primitive for each job Write internal skills, MCP servers, and slash commands that make the whole team faster Own the bash, Dockerfiles, and CI/CD glue that keeps the system running Critically evaluate AI output Requirements: Hands-on experience with Claude Code — agentic workflows, sub-agents, hooks, slash commands Strong knowledge of Go and container-friendly service design Deep understanding of React + Vite — Suspense, server components Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS) and Kubernetes Practical knowledge of the Cloudflare stack — Workers, R2, KV, D1, Durable Objects Good understanding of AI tool calls — schemas, retries, streaming, failure modes Experience with Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with Stripe and Stripe Connect Fluent English for direct client communication Recruitment Process: HR Interview Tech & Final Interviews Job Offer We Offer: Innovation Culture: Work in a team that actively experiments with AI and modern development approaches Real Product Impact: Direct collaboration with a client and influence on product decisions Flexible Work: Remote work or a modern office in Kyiv Generous Time Off: 20 paid vacation days + 15 sick leave days annually Professional Growth: Compensation for courses, certifications, and learning resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
