AI / Machine Learning Engineer (Full-Stack)

Onsite to start → Eligible for Remote after ~6 months
We’re partnering with a growing organization in the construction & building materials space seeking a Full-Stack AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions that drive real business impact.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll work across the full lifecycle—from data pipelines to production deployment—while helping shape AI strategy and technical standards.
What You’ll Do
AI Model Development & Engineering
Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges
Build scalable model architectures using Python and modern ML frameworks
Apply advanced techniques including Natural Language Processing, predictive modeling, computer vision, generative AI, and end‑to‑end ML pipelines
Build and manage full ML pipelines
Data ingestion
Feature engineering
Model training & validation
Deployment & monitoring
Work with large structured and unstructured datasets
Continuously improve model performance through testing and optimization
Cloud & Production Deployment
Deploy AI solutions into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Integrate models into enterprise systems, APIs, and operational workflows
Implement monitoring for model performance, reliability, and drift
Architecture & Technical Leadership
Architect scalable, secure AI systems aligned to business needs
Define best practices for model development, deployment, and lifecycle management
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify high‑value AI opportunities
Provide technical guidance and mentorship when needed
What You Bring
5+ years of software development experience
3+ years focused on AI / machine learning / advanced analytics
Strong experience building and deploying ML models in production environments
Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, and SQL (complex queries & data prep)
Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models
Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems or APIs
Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience mentoring or leading technical efforts
Background integrating with ERP or operational systems
Exposure to manufacturing, construction, or field‑based industries
Compensation
Base Salary: $120K – $140K
Bonus: Performance‑based bonus included
