Machine Learning Engineer
5+years of professional ML engineering experience at an AI/ML-focused organization.
Familiarity with the state-of-the-art in behavior learning, language, and/or computer vision.
Experience training large-scale foundation models (VLMs, text-to-video models, etc) utilizing distributed training and high-performance optimization techniques such as quantization, mixed precision, model parallelism, data parallelism or FSDP.
Extensive practical experience with PyTorch.
Strong proficiency in Python and software development best practices such as unit testing, documentation, code review, continuous integration, and dependency management.
Familiarity with data pipelines, model serving and optimization, cloud training, and dataset management.
An ability to move fast and switch between modes of rapid prototyping and robust implementation as required.

Candidates will be asked about their experience with Deep Learning and what models they have deployed; and whether they can read research papers and develop a project based on it
Automotive experience is the highest priority
Must be able to speak to hands on experience with PyTorch
More of an engineer mindset than a researcher mindset

Needs to be a hands on Machine Learning Developer or Machine Learning Engineer not a project manger.
Needs to be able to create Machine Learning models, not just use them.
Candidates should have experience embedded machine learning systems
Candidates should have strong experience with Data models. Not just using them, but understanding the data and using it practically with machine learning models.
Strong experience with Pytorch. May consider candidates who are lighter in Pytorch but VERY strong in Tenserflow. Need to have some Pytorch experience.
