Position: AI/ML Engineer

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and optimize machine learning models and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and modern AI/ML tools, with hands-on experience in developing and tuning algorithms for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and train machine learning models for various AI/ML use cases.
• Develop and fine-tune algorithms and frameworks, including Generative AI and Neural Networks.
• Work with advanced AI technologies such as Agentic AI and MCP servers.
• Implement and optimize AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and A2A on Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI/ML systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in AI/ML model design, development, and training.
• Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and MCP server environments.
• Proficiency in frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and A2A.
• Solid understanding of algorithm development and tuning for AI/ML applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale AI deployments and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI security and compliance best practices.
