Contract Length: 12+ Months
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with hands‑on experience implementing, optimizing, and supporting Regrello workflow orchestration solutions. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical resources to drive the successful adoption of Regrello for workflow automation, process management, supply chain operations, and cross‑functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business process expertise, experience managing product backlogs, and the ability to translate complex operational requirements into scalable Regrello workflows and automation solutions. Regrello is designed to orchestrate complex business processes, coordinate people, systems, and documents, and drive workflow automation across enterprise organizations.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
Own the product roadmap for Regrello implementations and enhancements.
Partner with business stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and success metrics.
Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Develop and maintain product backlogs and roadmaps.
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization sessions.
Regrello Platform Management
Serve as the primary business owner for the Regrello platform.
Configure and optimize workflow orchestration processes.
Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes.
Ensure workflow designs align with operational objectives and compliance requirements.
Drive user adoption and continuous platform improvement.
Business Process Analysis
Analyze current-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to document requirements and workflows.
Design future-state process maps and workflow automation strategies.
Support digital transformation initiatives across operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, and business teams.
Agile Product Management
Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage sprint activities and coordinate delivery with development teams.
Monitor feature delivery and business outcomes.
Ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations and business requirements.

Develop training materials and user documentation.
Conduct user training sessions and workshops.
Promote adoption of workflow automation capabilities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Process Improvement experience.
Experience implementing or supporting workflow automation platforms.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Proven ability to manage product backlogs and roadmaps.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with enterprise process improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with Regrello platform implementations.
