Technical PM:

• Managing the AI roadmap and strategy, overseeing proof-of-concept projects, driving adoption of AI tools like Microsoft Co-Pilot, and evaluating and prioritizing new AI ideas submitted through the company's AI hub.
• Key qualifications seeking in a candidate, including strong project management and agile skills, experience with training and adoption, excellent communication and ownership, and a curious mindset to connect the dots between different AI use cases.
• Must be an advanced user of Copilot

Business Objectives & Key Project Details

There is a CoPilot related AI product that Beazer is building among other AI projects on the horizon that this individual will manage.

Required Skills

Strong skills in capturing and writing out project requirements.

Must be very familiar/an advanced user of MS Copilot

Strong experience in leading Projects and managing the daily process within a Project.

Strong experience with Agile/Lean methodologies

Great Communication/presentation skills they need to have experience working with the business, speaking, and presenting in front of executives.

Prior experience with crating project portfolios

Understanding of Microsoft Azure

Experience writing/running test scripts

Preferred Skills

Having a consulting background would be ideal.

Prior experience with AI projects.

Prior experience working as a Scrum Master
