Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy AI‑enabled applications and services, ensuring high quality and reliability. Build and integrate Generative AI solutions utilizing large language models (LLMs) to create innovative features. Develop sophisticated AI agents, workflows, prompts, tools, and orchestration frameworks. Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions to enhance information access. Build robust APIs, microservices, and backend services to support complex AI workloads. Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize AI model performance, quality, cost, and latency for peak efficiency. Develop automated testing, monitoring, and observability solutions for AI applications, ensuring operational excellence. Collaborate closely with product owners and business stakeholders, translating requirements into impactful technical solutions. Implement responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance controls within AI solutions, upholding ethical standards. Contribute to architectural decisions, coding standards, and engineering best practices, shaping our technical direction. Provide essential support for AI applications in production, participating in troubleshooting and incident resolution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 3-6 years of software development experience. 2+ years of experience building AI/ML or Generative AI applications. Strong programming skills in one or more of: Python, Java, C#, TypeScript/JavaScript. Experience developing REST APIs and distributed services. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, testing, CI/CD, security, and observability. Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, or Gemini. Experience building AI agents, integrations, tool calling frameworks, or multi‑agent workflows. Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases. Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or Cloud Run.
