To support the development of AI capabilities in dental software, the full-time remote AI Software Developer will design, build, test, and deliver production AI solutions, including intelligent agents and machine learning models, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Designing, building, testing, and delivering production AI capabilities and intelligent workflows Developing AI-powered products that automate clinical, operational, financial, and patient-facing workflows Building, training, evaluating, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models in production Required qualifications 5+ years of professional software development experience building scalable SaaS applications 2+ years designing, building, and deploying production AI applications or intelligent workflow solutions Strong expertise in modern backend development, particularly with Python or similar technologies Experience training, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures
