Role Overview The AI Solutions Engineer is responsible for transforming Customer Experience through AI by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, building workflows, deploying them into production, measuring their impact, and continuously improving them. This role requires a systems thinker who can redesign workflows to improve the entire customer and employee experience. What You Will Do As the AI Solutions Engineer, you will own how AI is designed, built, deployed, and operated across Support, Professional Services, and Education, within the company AI governance framework. You will apply company AI standards within CX and define the CX-specific patterns, prompt libraries, and workflow templates that comply with them. Why It Might Be a Fit This role is ideal for someone who can demonstrate a track record of delivering AI‑enabled operational improvements that shipped and got used, not just designed. You will have the opportunity to build the AI operating model for Customer Experience at Togetherwork and shape how AI is deployed across Professional Services, Support, and Education.
