Ai Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, business challenges, and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready software solutions using AI/GenAI, data platforms, and cloud technologies.
• Build integrations with APIs, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
• Develop rapid prototypes and Proof of Concepts (POCs), iterate based on customer feedback, and transition solutions into production.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflow automations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on customer insights.
• Monitor deployed solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and customer adoption.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance during deployments.
• Establish engineering best practices, deployment playbooks, and mentor junior engineers.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production applications.
• Strong programming expertise in one or more of:
  • Python
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Java
  • Go
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI technologies including:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Agentic AI workflows
• Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and automation platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data platforms such as:
  • Snowflake
  • Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms:
  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong customer-facing consulting or implementation experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
