Northwest Partners is engaged in a strategic initiative with a well-established technology organization and seeks an experienced AI systems engineer to design and deploy autonomous AI agents for scalable automation. This role focuses on developing collaborative multi-agent systems capable of operating independently to perform complex tasks.

What YOU will do
Design and implement autonomous multi-agent systems
Develop logic for agents to break down, delegate, and validate complex tasks
Build AI-driven bots to emulate and automate the work of junior developers, analysts, and operations teams
Deploy and monitor agent-based solutions in production environments
Collaborate across engineering and AI research teams to iterate on system performance

What YOU will bring us
Experience with systems engineering and scalable infrastructure
Proficiency in Python and agent framework tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
Familiarity with foundation model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
Background in deploying AI models in production settings
Knowledge of event-driven architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced development environments
