Job Description and Responsibilities:
Immaculata Home Services seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily Airbnb cleaning operations. This individual will serve as a cleaner on the team, fulfilling the turnover process for our clients' properties.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Must have weekend availability.
- Must be available during standard work hours of 8 AM - 5 PM.
- Must have a vehicle or access to one on demand.
Compensation:
The operations manager will qualify to make two incomes.
- Income is made through completing cleans. Pay for these jobs starts at $40 and ranges up to $100 for larger houses. Bonuses are offered as well for longevity on the team and quality output.
