Job Summary:
We are looking for a licensed and personable Airboat Captain to safely operate tours and help with light maintenance and daily chores around the dock and building. This is a hands - on role with a variety, fresh air, and a whole lot of heart.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate airboat tours through mangrove tunnels in Everglades
- Educate and entertain guests with local stories and wildlife facts
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
- Assist with general upkeep, cleaning, fueling, and basic maintenance of boats
- Pitch in on small tasks and daily duties around the building and dock
- Help guests feel welcome, safe, and a part of the family
Qualifications
- USCG Captains License - Required
- Strong communication skills and people skills
- Comfortable with public speaking and interacting with guests of all ages
- Physically able to work outdoors
- Handy with tools or minor maintenance is a plus
- Must be drug-free, dependable, and team oriented
- Local knowledge and love for the Everglades is a big bonus
