We have an immediate opening for a custodian that wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. We are looking for custodial members that have strong customer service skills and can work successfully with other team members.ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness in all work areas and adhere to safety protocols at all timesProvide excellent customer service by responding to requests and ensuring client satisfaction with cleaning servicesEnsure strict compliance with safety regulations and protocols while providing exceptional service to passengersRegularly update passenger profiles and maintain accurate aircraft inventory recordsConduct routine inventory checks to ensure quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin suppliesReplenish cabin supplies according to flight and airline specificationsAttend daily team briefings and follow safety protocols at all timesEnsure all assigned cleaning tasks are completed to quality standards and on scheduleHandle equipment and supplies properly and maintain work areas in an orderly mannerWork efficiently while consistently delivering high quality resultsFollow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rulesReport incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisorUse proper personal protective equipmentPresent a professional appearance and conductPerform other duties as assigned or requestedQualificationsNo education requirement 6 months to one year experience preferredMay be required to have a valid driver's licenseMust complete all safety and task training certificationMay be required to be forklift certifiedAbility to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documentsStrong verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with teamKnowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipmentKnowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals and their safe efficient useCompensation: $16.00-$17.90 per hourShift: 10:00am-4:00amSBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal opportunity workplaces.
