Summary:
-
Installing and assembling aircraft parts, systems, and components in compliance with specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.

The technician will work with various tools to rig control cables, landing gear, and other system components, performing repairs and ensuring leak-free installations.

This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Required Skills
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
1 year of aerospace/aviation or equivalent mechanical experience (auto mechanics, heavy equipment, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics.
-
Proficient in using tools like wrenches, line cutting tools, and pumps.
-
Strong attention to detail to ensure defect-free installations.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
-
Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.
Desired Skills
-
A&P license may offset the experience requirement.

Experience with Solumina and Smarteam.
-
Ability to perform basic drilling, reaming, and ship fitting.

Experience supporting continuous improvement and certification processes.
