LOCATION: Savannah, GA
PAY RATE: $25.65/hour

We are a national staffing firm partnering with top-tier aerospace companies, and we are seeking first-class employees to join our clients' teams!

Qualifying Questions:

  • Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?

  • Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

  • Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Job Details:

  • Contract Length: 12 months (opportunity for extension)

  • Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage through Cigna

  • Perks: Bonus potential and priority as a Tier 1 supplier

  • Opportunities: Thousands of openings nationwide

  • Shift: 2nd

Summary:

  • Installing and assembling aircraft parts, systems, and components in compliance with specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.

  • The technician will work with various tools to rig control cables, landing gear, and other system components, performing repairs and ensuring leak-free installations.

  • This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 1 year of aerospace/aviation or equivalent mechanical experience (auto mechanics, heavy equipment, etc.).

  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics.

  • Proficient in using tools like wrenches, line cutting tools, and pumps.

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure defect-free installations.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.

  • Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.

Desired Skills

  • A&P license may offset the experience requirement.

  • Experience with Solumina and Smarteam.

  • Ability to perform basic drilling, reaming, and ship fitting.

  • Experience supporting continuous improvement and certification processes.
