JOB TITLE: Aircraft Inspector

LOCATION: Oldsmar, FL

PAY RATE: Up to $23.00 per hour

Summary:

• Performs visual inspection of solder and conformal coating on circuit card assemblies per IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 standards.

• Uses drawings, checklists, and various measuring tools (e.g., dial indicators, micrometers, scales) to inspect assemblies to meet manufacturing and industry specifications.

Required Skills:

• Experience working under a microscope

• 2+ years solder/visual inspection experience, or 3+ years manufacturing/soldering experience in lieu of inspection experience

• 1+ year of conformal coating experience

• Skilled in interpreting drawings, diagrams, and IPC standards

• Strong team player with effective communication skills

• Proficiency with personal computers

• Able to diplomatically address quality defects with all levels of manufacturing

• Documentation, IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD, Measurement Standards, Visual Inspection (all 9, 1-4 years experience)
