The Aircraft Maintenance Pro-Super Expert will be responsible for providing high-level maintenance expertise in support of operational flight test activities within modernization programs. This role requires in-depth knowledge of various weapon systems, enabling the technician to advise on design, integration, and installation of modifications. The Pro-Super Expert will collaborate closely with the Government Program Managers to identify and resolve any anomalies or discrepancies encountered during testing, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert maintenance support for aircraft involved in operational flight testing and modernization programs.
  • Ensure all technicians possess a minimum Air Force equivalent 5-level certification or a commercial Airframe and Powerplant license.
  • Compile and deliver feedback on any anomalies or discrepancies observed during testing, along with suggested solutions.
  • Coordinate the logistics of personnel and equipment during AATC deployments, ensuring thorough preparation and execution of deployment plans.
  • Complete and track 272 paperwork for System Program Office (SPO) submissions and manage all modifications related to Configuration Management.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all modification paperwork and contribute to the development of new Technical Order procedures as necessitated by modifications.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Air Force equivalent 5-level certification or a commercial Airframe and Powerplant license.
  • Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance, with a strong understanding of weapon systems and modification procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active Secret Clearance
