Summary:

• Perform structural assembly operations, including drilling, riveting, and sheet metal fabrication, under minimal supervision in a production environment.

• Ensure all work meets quality standards, company specifications, and customer expectations while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 2+ years of structural assembly experience.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.

• Proficiency with tools for drilling, riveting, and shaping complex configurations.

• Basic computer skills and shop math abilities.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work in confined spaces.

• Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of safety practices and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Flexibility to work any shift.

• English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).

Desired Skills

• Experience with Solumina and Smarteam systems.

• Familiarity with composite resins and materials.

• Lean manufacturing knowledge.
