Position Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $25–$45 per hour, based on experience


About the Role


As a Cirrus Authorized Service Center, our KLOM maintenance team focuses primarily on general aviation aircraft with reciprocating engines, with a strong emphasis on Cirrus Aircraft maintenance and support. Technicians work in a collaborative environment alongside other technicians, pilots, dispatchers, flight attendants, and line service to ensure aircraft are safe, compliant, and mission-ready.


This role is well suited for a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, strong troubleshooting, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations and approved technical data
  • Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, avionics, electrical, hydraulic, and aircraft systems
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections as required
  • Ensure all work during assigned shifts is completed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, company procedures, and safety standards
  • Accurately complete maintenance records and required documentation
  • Work collaboratively with technicians, pilots, dispatch, flight attendants, and line service personnel
  • Maintain situational awareness and assist with job planning, scheduling, and workload prioritization


Qualifications

  • Current, violation-free Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate
  • Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred, but not required
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, avionics, and aircraft systems
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturer documentation, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work throughout the hangar environment
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
