Airframe and Powerplant School | Aviation Maintenance & Training Specialist Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI Teach undergraduate courses in the part 147 Aviation Maintenance School, including both theory and lab classes. Assist with the FAA flight school 147 curriculum under the direction of the Department Chair. Advising students and other academic related responsibilities as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities Teaching classes in the departments Part 147 maintenance program. Building maintenance training aids as required. Occasionally assisting in the maintenance of the university's flight school aircraft. Providing academic advising to current aviation students. Other academic and committee responsibilities as assigned. Required Experience Bachelor’s degree, Master's or PhD preferred. FAA Ratings: A&P certificates, IA preferred.
