This position may require travel within the US Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. AIX Operating System engineering and certification Work as part of project delivery team and provide end to end AIX/Linux server build Build AIX/Linux server requirements according to project specification Must have AIX Administration Configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting AIX VMs and physical servers Should have experience on P7/P8/P9 Power frame. Good experience with Aix Shell scripting and Ansible Should be able to upgrade VIO from version2 to version 3 Experience in supporting and Upgrading PowerHA (HACMP) from version 7.1.3 to 7.2.7.1 Should be able to support and upgrade GPFS Should be able to upgrade HMC Preferred Qualifications ITIL knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
