Experience:
- Rehab Optima experience preferred.
- SNF experience preferred
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- An active, unrestricted COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) certification from any U.S. State or Territory
Shift: Mon-Fri
COVID-19: Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
