Full job description
We are seeking Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors to help us help others in the community that need help. License for LADC has to be current and up to date. CADC has to also be current and up to date and also be certified as a CMI or CMII. Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Offer assistance to individuals with mental health issues
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- All billing turned in on time to ensure you get paid.
Qualifications:
- CADC has to be also a certified case manager and needs certification in Oklahoma as well as a bachelor's degree.
- LADC-Candidate or LADC need at least a master's degree. (If candidate; needs to be board approved) and be certified/licensed in the state of Oklahoma.
- Previous experience in Substance abuse/mental health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community substance abuse resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- A diverse heart/openness to other cultures and traditions
Regular full time Status includes (25-35 hours a week for LADC and 35+ hours a week for CMI or CMII) clinician gets perks:

We have different compensation plans, depending on how many hours you work/or contract work.
