Role: Alerts Developer

Location: Onshore (Chicago, US)

Technical Skills:-

JavaScript & CSS: Strong experience in JavaScript and CSS for developing custom alert systems and user interfaces.

SQL: Ability to query and manipulate data using SQL, integrating results into the alert system.

Front-End Development: Proficient in front-end web development, including experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.

RESTful APIs: Experience working with REST APIs to integrate external data sources and systems into the alert framework.

Event-Driven Systems: Knowledge of event-driven architecture for creating custom alert triggers and notifications.

Automation & Logic Apps: Understanding of Azure Logic Apps (or similar tools) for workflow automation and integrating alert systems

Role Expectations:-

Alerts Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom real-time alert systems using JavaScript and CSS, ensuring they are scalable and customizable for various user roles.

System Integration: Work closely with the database team to ensure seamless integration between SQL-based data and alert triggers.

Custom Alert Triggers: Implement and maintain user-defined alert triggers based on business rules, data thresholds, and operational KPIs.

UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate with UX Designers to create intuitive, user-friendly alert displays that integrate seamlessly into Power BI dashboards or standalone apps.

Testing & Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing of alert functionality to ensure accuracy, performance, and minimal disruption to users. Continuously improve alert system features.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of alert configurations, logic, and architecture. Provide training and support to business users on configuring and using alerts.
