REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ Years of Related Maintenance Experience (General carpentry & maintenance)
- Knowledge and Skills in Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance
- Must know how to perform Electrical Repairs including; Fixtures, Lights, Plugs and Switches
- Must have skills in Interior Repairs related to Walls, Windows and Doors
- Basic skills in Floor covering installation
- Basic skills in Painting
- Must be able to operate most power tools
- Clean DMV and Reliable Transportation
- Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
DUTIES
- Perform routine maintenance tasks but not limited to, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Respond to maintenance requests on time
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Extended hours
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
