Job Description You will join the Consolidation team within the Asset Services department of AEW France's AM Division, which is looking for a Consolidation Analyst for a 1-year apprenticeship starting September 2026 . In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be: Coordination between external parties, referred to as Third Parties (Property Management, Auditors, etc.) and internal teams (Funds Operations, Accounting, etc.); Ensuring the proper execution of contractual obligations by Third Parties towards the Asset Management department (completeness and consistency check of transmitted data, integration into AEW tools, adherence to deadlines, etc.); Leading and consolidating internal reporting (monitoring of outstanding payments, portfolio-level expense report analysis, real estate, financial, and accounting reporting, etc.); Ensuring the correct use of various Asset Management tools by all parties; Managing AEW's business data concerning Asset Management and developing methods to optimize it, improve operational efficiency, and monitor the department's activity. #FinanceTransformative You will work in an international and inclusive environment, fostering collaboration with concrete tasks and real impact. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience Student with a BAC+2/3 level, pursuing a BTS or a Real Estate Professions Bachelor's degree, possibly supplemented by a specialization in real estate management or Management Control. You are rigorous. You enjoy cross-functional work. You are recognized for your strong interest in real estate. You have excellent interpersonal skills. You master the Office Suite.
