Alternative Investments Business Transformation Business Analyst, Officer

Job Summary Officer level independent contributor needed for the Alternative Investments Transformation team. This role closely collaborates with Alternative Investments technology and various stakeholders, designing and implementing solutions to support internal operations and clients. Responsibilities Create, manage, and interpret end‑user requirements and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions. Resolve and escalates project and operational issues in a timely manner. Provide business requirements and analysis to internal and external clients on current and future state operating models. Develop test plans and execute documentation to ensure new functionality aligns with business use cases. Maintain compliance with all relevant internal policies and procedures, and contribute to the development of best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 3+ years experience in an investment firm in a technology, front‑office, or software‑related role. Strong communication skills, creative problem‑solving abilities, and analytical thinking. Initiative and self‑motivation with the ability to work independently. Excellent relationship‑building skills and sense of urgency. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence. Preferred: experience in Alternative Investments. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $65,000 – $106,250 annually (depends on primary location).
