Role Overview We are looking for an Officer level independent contributor for the Alternative Investments Transformation team. The role works closely with Alternative Investments technology and various stakeholders to understand existing solutions and design meaningful solutions for internal operations and clients. The candidate must be organized, deliver projects on time, demonstrate strong initiative and work on multiple assignments. Responsibilities Create, manage and interpret end user requirements and work to meet those needs by collaborating with cross‑functional teams through to implementation. Resolve and elevate project and operational issues in a timely manner. Provide business requirements and analysis to internal and external clients on current and future state operating models. Create test and execute documentation to demonstrate newly developed functionality aligns with business use cases. Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal policies and procedures and contribute to best‑practice development. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Creative problem‑solving and analytical skills. Initiative, self‑motivation and ability to work independently. Strong relationship‑building skills. Sense of urgency and ability to respond to shifting priorities. Team orientation with ownership of tasks. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 3+ years of experience in an investment firm in a technology, front‑office or software role. PC skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Jira and Confluence. Preferred experience in Alternative Investments. Compensation $60,000 - $101,250 annually (primary location; may vary by location)."
