Role: Amazon Connect Senior Architect

Role Overview:

• The Amazon Connect Senior Architect leads the technical design and architecture of contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. This role is responsible for creating scalable, secure, and flexible solutions aligned with business goals.
• Overall : 10+ years
• Minimum of 5+ years in cloud & contact center architecture, deep Amazon Connect experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and implementation of Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions including integration with AWS services and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and implementation teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal performance.
• Develop best practices, guidelines, and standards for Amazon Connect architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during deployment and production.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers on Amazon Connect capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Connect architecture and deployment.
• Strong background in AWS ecosystem and cloud solutions architecture.
• Knowledge of contact center technologies and protocols.
• Experience with APIs, IVR, speech recognition, and telephony integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• AWS certifications are a plus.
