Other duties include coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, assist with processing returns and exchanges, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, along with maintain accurate records and documentation, work collaboratively across teams and departments, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, follow safety procedures and company policies.
